If you change your mind you can return the Walk-In Tub for any reason as long as the box is unopened and the Walk-In Tub is in new condition. You may make a return within 15 days of receiving your Walk-In Tub and we will refund the entire invoice price less our shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for returning the Walk-In Tub to our Calgary, AB warehouse using their own insured shipping. The Walk-In Tub will be inspected on return and issued a full refund if the Walk-In Tub is in new condition (no damage, no sign of use or installation, no signs of abuse, etc.). Damaged or used Walk-In Tubs will be subject to all or a portion of the refund being withheld at the discretion of AccessibleBaths.ca.

Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused.


Warranty

This Walk-in Tub is covered by 5 Year Parts replacement warranty. AccessibleBaths.ca will warranty that this Walk-In Tub will be free from material defects under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. If a defective part is returned to AccessibleBaths.ca and if AccessibleBaths.ca determines the part(s) are defective, AccessibleBaths.ca will repair or replace the parts at no cost to the customer.

AccessibleBaths.ca will repair or replace the above parts if under AccessibleBaths.ca’s reasonable judgment to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by using the Walk-In Tub under normal conditions
  • Deterioration caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, unsuitable attachments, over loading or straining, neglect, poor maintenance or repairs, abnormal use, or abuse.

The cost of shipping warranty claims will be at the sole responsibility of the customer. All Warranty returns must be authorized with a Warranty Claim number.
